So You Want to Be On Our Staff...
To put it simple, a website is never easily done with just one staff member, no matter how smart they are, how hard they work, or what their reputation is. Someone always needs teamwork and respect, everyone doing their part whenever, and whatever it takes. Yea, it is a trifle lame, but it's true. Anyway, here is the basic form, and recquirements you need to have in order to have in order to become one of the staff members, whether it be--Mod, Global Mod, and perhaps, Admin.
Recquirements:
Need to have a good background, as in must be a well-executed, above average organized, and have a clean reputation. (Bans, deleted accounts, ixnay) Have to be friendly...nice enough to provide the info for a lost member, fix their bio carefully and masterfully, and teach them anything a tutor would with his tutalage. Experienced is key. If you are a good designer, good writer or organizer, that is a plus. If you can spell 'ominously beligerent' in a heart beat, and without the Spell Check, I will be impressed. For each ranking, you need to have all of the following, some simpler than others, Mod:50 posts, 1 character(or none, if pending), +5 Karma Global Mod:200 posts, any amount of characters, +10 Karma Admin:450 posts, any amount of characters, +15 Karma (Sidenote, if anyone ever thinks of cheating, they will be banned for a full two weeks, sorry, but that's the way the cookie crumbles, laddies and lasses)
Resume Reason You Should Be...: Explain in at least five good sentences why you should be promoted. Refrences: Just to see where you have helped run a site at, whether it be mod, global-mod, or admin at, has to be at least more then three, with the link provided of course. What You Are Interested In: Simply what you would like to do while in the carseat of this rp bandwagon. (And lastly, the code Farcuss Clorfac at the end, just to see if you can read the rules!)

Simple. Work on your rp'ing, get other members to this forum, and you might be able to become a mod! I promise it, a few spots are freely open if this site can get more members... ><

I can answer your first question. Karma (at least in a forum) shows basically how people feel about you. If they like you, they will "Exalt" you, thus raising your karma. If they for some reason don't like you, they will "Smite" you, thus lowering your Karma.

Can I please be a mod, I'm an admin on this other begining site, and a g-mod on another one. I am a very good with siggs, avas, and skins, and I write alot too.
